The herbarium can be visited from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:30 except holidays. It is essential to schedule your visit by calling (+51) 601 437 7060 Ext. 1065 or by mail at herbario@jbb.gov.co.
The Herbarium is in the Systematic of Angiosperms area of the Jose Celestino Mutis Botanical Garden.
Visits can be made personally at the established time, or if you wish to consult the general collection, through the JBB Virtual Herbarium. Currently the collections of Seeds, Flowers, and Tissues, can only be consulted in the herbarium since we are working to make the information available online.
To make the visit in person we ask you to consider the recommendations mentioned in the instructions for consultation of herbarium material.
