Plant description	Herb. Red Stem and red petioles, velvety, underside of leaf faint purple expanding on the leaves around the veins. Flower red, synantherous, didanymous, proandrous, with anthers protuding on lower petal lobes, female stage: anthers curved back, 2 stigma lobes protruding, calyx tube es brown-hairy, sepal lobes green.
