Biological attributes

Phenology Floración
Plant description Tree to ~ 5 m and covered by mosses and epiphytes (Araceae). Bark slash is yellow to orange. Leaves are aromatic. Fruits are clustered with a drop-like shape, smaller than 1 cm and creamy-yellowish.
Locality and habit remarks Magdalena Valley tropical, evergreen, lowland forest on karst. Collected plant is surrounded by lianas (mostly Araceae), shrubs and big trees and is locally not abundant. Tree canopies are about 20 m high. At east side of RÝo Claro, following path after the bridge and taking the first fork to the right. 75 m northwest from bridge.
