Biological attributes

Phenology Floración
Plant description Shrub with branches to 3 meters tall. Leaves have a scent like cut grass. White scentless flowers. Sky blue fruits spherical coloured.
Locality and habit remarks Tropical, lowland, evergreen, mid-Magdalena type rainforest on limestone. 2 m above stream on steep rock face, in open forest shaded by trees and ground vegetation. 30 m up river from Rio Claro Natural Reserve entry road; small gorge; plant clinging to rock 2 m above the water, in open forest shaded by vegetation.
